Quiet hotel located in a nice area near the local shops, beaches and Gina's Italian Restaurant. Great location - not too far from Fair Oaks Theater.

The location favourable and marvellous convenient to the freeway & a short drive to the ocean. Lots of complimentary breakfast options.

The location particularly good and unbeatable was oddly situated within a neighborhood. And really close to the beach, Arroyo Grande, and movie theater. The staff was incredibly nice, breakfast was complimentary.

Appreciated this place, it was quiet and excellent. A lot of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The location was absolutely perfect and comfortable, near to the local shops in Arroyo Grande as well as the beach. Ate at Ember, it's just a pleasant stroll away from the venue. My stay was real good here.

If in Arroyo Grande again would stay here again. The hotel is clean, the staff is efficient, and the room is spotless and impressive. Favourable setting, it's just next door to Arroyo Grande township and shops and coffee/wine/beer bars including Gina's Italian Restaurant and beaches, Village, vineyards, butterfly grove, freeway.

All in all everything was nice, had a real good stay which ended up being about 4 nights. Had good sleep at the queen room with tub and a working television and nice shower facilities. My room included a microwave, tea/coffee making equipment, and a fridge.
